This webinar will help Ontario teachers prepare their students for the new mandatory financial literacy test in Grade 10. It will be hosted by award-winning math teacher and financial literacy teaching specialist, Carly Ziniuk.
During the webinar, the Bank of Canada Museum, the Canada Revenue Agency, the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada and TVO Learn will share their free, bilingual resources to help educators start teaching financial literacy as early as kindergarten. These resources cover money math, taxes, payment methods, budgets, saving, credit and debit – just to name a few. Resources are linked to the Ontario curriculum in math, financial literacy and careers.
Simultaneous translation to French, American Sign Language, and Langue des signes québécoise available.
